High performance Lug Type and Clip Type Butterfly Valves

The double flange type, lug type and clip type three-eccentric butterfly valves have the following features:

1. The sealing faces of the butterfly plates are made of cobalt based hard alloy by buildup welding, and have good wearing resistant performance and long service life;

2. The butterfly plates with large specifications are of truss structure with high strength, large flow area and small flow resistance;

3. The valves have double direction sealing function and can be installed in any direction, not restricted by the flow direction of the media or the spatial location;

4. The drive devices can be installed at multiple working positions (90° or 180° rotation), convenient to be used;

5. The valves are of three-eccentric seal structure; there is nearly no wearing on the valve seats and the butterfly plates;

6. The seal rings are made of stainless steel and have the advantages of both metal hard sealing and elastic sealing, providing good sealing performance no matter at high temperature or low temperature; the seal rings have corrosion resistant performance and long service life.
